4 Smoothie Recipes To Mix Up Your Routine

It's summertime and smoothies are the perfect healthy treat. This week a few of my co-workers and I hosted a smoothie bar at work where we crowd-tested 4 of our favorite recipes! Now I’m sharing them with you. Hopefully one of these will peak your taste buds and you can add it to your routine. Since going on my diet I've been drinking a smoothie/shake every morning as my breakfast. You can read more about that in my post here

I am lucky that a NutriBullet was recently donated to my office, so I use that a lot. I highly recommend. It even comes with a book called “Natural Healing Foods- Supercharge your health in just seconds a day” with recipes and info about your body systems and health issues that can be treated with natural foods. Normally, I use my good old Kenmore blender which also does the trick.

Smoothies are a great treat and with the right recipe are healthy, satisfying and even dessert like. So indulge and try one of these mouthwatering recipes!

The winner of our office taste test was the Pineapple, Spinach and Ginger.
